Hubbell House

6029 Isleta Boulevard SW, Albuquerque, NM

HHA is made up of local community members and business people. What we propose is a public/private partnership with Bernalillo County to fund, operate and manage the Hubbell House property.

The proposed "Demonstration Farm and Living History History Museum" may provide benefit to the community in the following ways:

  • Create an on-the-job training program for South Valley youth that will provide job skills
  • Provide public education through the creation of a cultural and agricultural learning center
  • Promote economic development for small-scale sustainable agriculture
  • Foster responsible stewardship of our environment by advocating organic farming methods
  • Promote water conservation for agriculture through the use of drip irrigation systems
  • Generate tourism revenues from the operation of a "Hubbell Farm and Museum"
